Supported Top-Up Methods

FlashPay supports multiple stablecoins and blockchain networks for topping up your account.

Supported Currencies

You can top up your FlashPay account using the following stablecoins:

• USDT
• USDC

These are widely used stablecoins, allowing you to quickly fund your account and start using your FlashPay card.

Supported Networks / Blockchains

FlashPay supports deposits on the following blockchain networks:

• Tron (TRC20)
• Ethereum (ERC20)
• Polygon

DANGER

Make sure to select the correct network for your chosen currency when making a deposit. Sending funds on the wrong network may result in permanent loss.

How to Deposit

1. Log in to your FlashPay account.
2. Navigate to the Accounts section and click Top-Up.
3. Enter top-up details (Enter Amount, Select the currency and network you want to use).
4. Copy the unique deposit address or scan the QR code.
5. Complete the payment from your wallet or exchange.

TIP

Each deposit address is valid for 30 minutes only. Do not save or reuse it.

Important Notices

Read Before Sending Funds

• The one-time address is only valid for 30 minutes. Do not save it. Sending funds later will not be credited.
• Ensure the amount you send matches the order amount exactly. Some exchanges deduct withdrawal fees, which can cause underpayment (e.g., Binance, CIEX). Example: If you want to deposit 20 USDT, and the withdrawal fee from your exchange is 1 USDT, you should send 21 USDT so that 20 USDT actually arrives in your FlashPay account.
• FlashPay does not accept USDT/USDC from ChangeNOW or other coin swap services.
• FlashPay does not accept deposits labeled as gambling, mixer, privacy wallet, or other high-risk activities.
• Only send the selected currency on the selected network. Sending any other currency may result in loss of funds.
• Do not use cross-chain or smart contract transfers, as these cannot be credited.

Once your account is funded, you can:

• Activate a FlashPay card. Click here to see all 3 cards.
• Convert crypto into cash instantly.
• Link your card to Apple Pay or Google Pay.
• Spend your crypto online or in-store anywhere.
