Card Activation Fee

This fee is one-time and charged when the card is activated.
Card Top-Up Fee
Top-ups to FlashPay cards are subject to a fee ranging from 1.5% to 3% of the top-up amount.
Transaction Authorization Fee
This fee applies to each transaction attempt, whether successful or failed.

3D Secure Fee

- PremiumVisa: $0.50 per transaction when 3D Secure is triggered

LiteCard & SecureCard (All users)
- Per transaction limit: $200,000
- Daily limit: $300,000

PremiumVisa (High-volume & professional use)
- Single transaction limit: $150,000
- Daily limit: $300,000
- Monthly limit: $1,000,000
- Yearly limit: $2,000,000

Each FlashPay card can be topped up and managed independently. Always review limits before high-value transactions.
Risk Control Measures
To protect your funds and prevent misuse, FlashPay applies automatic risk control rules across all cards.
High-Frequency Merchant Transactions (Hourly)
- If 5 or more successful transactions are completed with the same merchant within 1 hour, the card will be temporarily frozen.
- You may apply for a high-frequency merchant whitelist to prevent freezing.
Daily Transaction Volume
- If 20 or more successful transactions occur within 24 hours, the card will be frozen.
- Whitelist applications are available for users with legitimate high-volume activity.
30-Day Transaction Authorizations
- If 100 or more authorization attempts occur within 30 days, the card may be frozen or flagged.
- A 30-day authorization whitelist can be requested to avoid interruptions.
WARNING
Notifications for card freezes are currently under development. Always follow risk control rules to ensure uninterrupted card usage.
