Payment Failed, What to Do

Check Your Available Balance

Make sure your FlashPay account has enough funds to cover:

  • The transaction amount
  • Any applicable authorization fees

Check Your Available Balance

For online payments, double-check:

  • Card number
  • Expiry date
  • CVV
  • Billing information matches your account

Check 3D Secure (If Applicable)

If you are using a SecureCard or PremiumVisa, some merchants may require email-based 3D Secure verification.

  • Complete the verification step
  • Check your email (including spam folder)

Merchant Restrictions

Some merchants may:

  • Block certain card types
  • Restrict prepaid or virtual cards
  • Have regional limitations

Try again or use a different FlashPay card if available.

Retry After a Few Minutes

Temporary network or merchant issues can sometimes cause payment failures. Waiting a few minutes and retrying often solves the problem.

  • Card type used
  • Merchant name
  • Transaction amount
  • Time of the attempt
