Check Your Available Balance
Make sure your FlashPay account has enough funds to cover:
- The transaction amount
- Any applicable authorization fees
Check Your Available Balance
For online payments, double-check:
- Card number
- Expiry date
- CVV
- Billing information matches your account
Check 3D Secure (If Applicable)
If you are using a SecureCard or PremiumVisa, some merchants may require email-based 3D Secure verification.
- Complete the verification step
- Check your email (including spam folder)
Merchant Restrictions
Some merchants may:
- Block certain card types
- Restrict prepaid or virtual cards
- Have regional limitations
Try again or use a different FlashPay card if available.
Retry After a Few Minutes
