How to Top Up Your FlashPay Account

This guide will walk you through the process of topping up your FlashPay account. Once your account is funded, you will be able to activate a FlashPay card and start spending your crypto.

How to Top Up

1. Log in to your FlashPay account
2. Navigate to "Accounts"
3. Click on Top-up
4. Enter your top-up details:
   • Amount: Enter how much you want to add.
   • Network: Choose the blockchain network (Ethereum, Polygon, or Tron).
   • Currency: Select the currency you want to deposit (USDT or USDC).
5. Confirm your top-up.
6. Copy the address or scan the QR code, then complete the payment for the remaining amount.

Always double-check your top-up details before sending funds and keep your account credentials safe.

Important, Read Before Sending Funds

• The one-time address is only valid for 30 minutes. Do not save it. Sending funds later will not be credited.
• Ensure the amount you send matches the order amount exactly. Some exchanges deduct withdrawal fees, which can cause underpayment (e.g., Binance, CIEX). Example: If you want to deposit 20 USDT, and the withdrawal fee from your exchange is 1 USDT, you should send 21 USDT so that 20 USDT actually arrives in your FlashPay account. Always check the withdrawal fee during the transfer process.
• FlashPay does not accept USDT/USDC from ChangeNOW or other coin swap services.
• FlashPay does not accept deposits labeled as gambling, mixer, privacy wallet, or other high-risk activities.
• Only send the selected currency on the selected network. Sending any other currency may result in loss of funds.
• Do not use cross-chain or smart contract transfers, as these cannot be credited.
• Always ensure the amount you send matches the order amount exactly.
