Step-by-Step Guide to Cancel a FlashPay Card

2. Go to the Cards section.
3. Select the card you want to cancel.
4. Click on Cancel.
5. A pop-up will appear with important information:
   • Your card funds will be returned to your FlashPay account balance after canceling.
   • Ensure all purchases and refunds are settled before canceling to avoid loss of funds.
   • Unlink the card from any external platforms before canceling to prevent potential fund loss.
   • Card closure is expected to take T0–T3 business days.
6. If you wish to continue, click Confirm.

Once completed, the card will be permanently canceled, and the balance will be returned to your account.
