How to Activate Your FlashPay Card

This guide will walk you through the process of activating a new FlashPay card. Once your card is activated and funded, you will be able to spend your crypto online and in-store.

Step 1: Access Card Activation

1. Log in to your FlashPay account.
2. Go to Cards.
3. Click Activate a New Card.
4. Choose one of the three available card types (LiteCard, SecureCard, PremiumVisa) based on your needs.
5. Click Activate New Card.

Step 2: Agree to Card Usage Rules

Before activation, you must agree to the following conditions:

• Prohibited activities: Investing, buying cryptocurrencies, gambling, adult goods or services, and purchasing gift cards are not allowed.
• Empty card warning: Using a card with insufficient balance may result in the card being blocked. Always keep your card funded.
• Failed payments: If a payment fails, do not retry. Please contact FlashPay support.

Step 3: Enter Card Details

1. Select the card currency (EUR or USD).
2. Enter the top-up amount (minimum: $20).
3. Add a card alias (example: Advertising Fees).

Fees to Keep in Mind

When activating a FlashPay card, the following fees apply.

Example: If you top up $20, after fees the usable card balance will be approximately $9.40.

Always factor in the activation fee and top-up fee when planning your initial card funding.

Top Up Your Account (If Balance Is Low)

If you don't have enough funds to activate a card, follow these steps to top up your FlashPay account first.

1. Click "Low Balance - Top Up".
2. You will be redirected to Accounts.
3. Click Top Up.
4. Enter your top-up details:
   • Amount: Enter the amount you want to add.
   • Network: Choose Ethereum (ERC20), Polygon, or Tron (TRC20).
   • Currency: Select USDT or USDC.
5. Confirm the top-up.
6. Copy the address or scan the QR code, then complete the payment for the remaining amount.

Important Notices (Read Carefully)

• The deposit address is one-time only and valid for 30 minutes. Do not save it.
• Ensure the amount you send matches the order amount exactly. Some exchanges deduct withdrawal fees, which may cause underpayment. Example: If you want to deposit 20 USDT, and the withdrawal fee from your exchange is 1 USDT, you should send 21 USDT so that 20 USDT actually arrives in your FlashPay account. Always check the withdrawal fee during the transfer process.
• FlashPay does not accept deposits from ChangeNOW or other coin-swap services.
• Deposits labeled as gambling, mixers, privacy wallets, or high-risk sources are not accepted.
• Only send the selected currency on the selected network. Sending anything else may result in loss of funds.
• Cross-chain or smart contract transfers are not supported.
• Always ensure the amount sent matches the order amount exactly.
